The Links course, also designed by Pete Dye, has a moderately hilly track with tall bahia and guinea grass roughs as well as plenty of sand traps to keep you on your toes. Considered by some players to be reminiscent of traditional British and Scottish courses, it has several lagoons and even lakes with wading birds.
On five holes the water comes into play, making it a beautiful and very challenging course. Ask any golfer who has played The Links, and they will say that this course is as challenging as Teeth of the Dog.
